3. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-ins or late check-outs can be arranged, subject to availability, and may involve an additional fee.

4. Payment Terms
Full payment is due upon check-in unless otherwise specified. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Any outstanding charges incurred during your stay must be settled upon check-out.

5. Use of Facilities
Guests have access to our spa, gym, and other leisure facilities. Please note that the use of certain facilities may require advance booking and may incur additional charges. Guests are expected to comply with the hotel’s safety policies while using these facilities.

6. Liability
Bedford Lodge Hotel & Spa is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings, valuables, or vehicles. We advise all guests to use the safe provided in their rooms and ensure that their personal belongings are secured.

7. House Rules
We kindly ask all guests to respect the property, staff, and other guests. Any damage caused to the property will be charged to the guest responsible. Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the hotel except designated smoking zones.
